We are currently looking for a person who is a Leader, an Entrepreneur and someone who loves challenges to hold a position of Regional Sales Director/ Sr. Manager Business develeopment/ Sr. Account Manager/ Sr. Sales Manager/ VP Business Development at Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd.

Location: Netherlands (1), Belgium (1) Nordics (1)

Experience: Should have  at least 10-15 years sales experience in selling IT Services preferabely Infrastructure Management Services, Remote Infrastructure Management Services, Application Management Services services in Europe geography. 

Qualification; Bachelors degree Science/Engineering with a Post Graduation in Marketing

Roles

Be a key member of the sales team providing thrust to the sales efforts. Understand Omnitech sales cycle.
Drive sales in line with corporate vision
Drive long term contracts
Generate long term & recurring revenue for services business

Responisbilities

Develop & Implement business plans and sales strategies for penetrating new accounts and manage existing high profile customers
Identify the drivers and segments of the marketplace and position the company and its offerings globally
Develop business / sales  presentations, value propositions
Generate sales revenue as per annual plans
Build annual sales plan
Build capable teams across the country
Review team & individual progress on regular basis
Constantly train & upgrade sales team capability
Build high level relationships with Key customers
Generate large deals
Align execution with corporate strategy & vision

Other Information

Must have excellent contact with decision making executives in the customer’ organizations. Should have hunter aptitude for new business, Should have demonstrated at least US$ 10-50 million annual sales revenue from new client business;Self starting/ creative deal maker with sufficient presence, gravitas and tenacity to gain access to senior decision makers in order to develop revenue generating relationships.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.;Proven track record of successful “Hunting” and acquiring new customers;Self driven and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills; Must have worked with Indian companies before
